 Lou Malandra, founder of ALM Publications and Recordings, began his career in the Arts after graduating from Denver University earning the MFA Degree in Acting (1974) and the MA Degree in Theatre (1972).

Malandra has been highly acclaimed for his many accomplishments and wisdom shared.

PoeJazz returns to the Cafe Terra Cotta, Friday, September 10, for a wonderful dinner/show celebration.
 
The Cafe promises a great dinner/show package with beverage and wine specials for the evening.
 
The Trio's leaning towards a more romantic, love tunes evening with a little Major League Baseball thrown in for good measure.

The Lou Malandra Trio blends the exquisite jazz pianist, Doug Roche, the incomparable Bass playing of Ron Bland, and the rich voice of a poet, Lou Malandra.  Together, the Trio creates the most harmonious compositions of poetry and jazz.  "PoeJazz", is the affectionate name the fella's give their work.  Malandra sums it all up when introducing these gifted artists, "These gentlemen are Jazz, and they call me Poe!".
